When was that survey done by Kansas University Policy Research Institute, showing that about 60 percent of those surveyed were in favor of tax increases to support schools?

The survey of 1,600 Kansans was conducted between Nov. 6, 2001, and Feb. 8, 2002. The poll showed 58.5 percent of respondents favored a tax increase for K-12 education.
