What happened to the swings in the South Park playground and when will they be replaced? The children miss them.
City Manager Mike Wildgen said, "During a safety inspection of the swing set, a crack in the top rail was discovered and the swing was removed for safety of the children. This swing set was under warranty and a replacement has been ordered. A check with the factory indicated a planned delivery in four to six weeks."
