There was an article in the Journal-World the other day about Kansas University's peer institutions. Do those other universities use KU as one of their peer institutions, as well?

"The question is difficult because the form peer studies take differs all over the country," said David Shulenburger, provost and executive vice chancellor. "To my knowledge, each of KU's cost-study peers uses KU as a peer for some purposes."

The peer institutions used by KU since the 1970s and selected by the Kansas Board of Regents are the universities of Colorado, Iowa, North Carolina, Oklahoma and Oregon.
