How long do you have to be a Kansas resident to get in-state tuition?

"The rules and regulations are quite complex, but at minimum a person has to have established and maintained a domicile for 365 days or longer," KU registrar Richard Morrell said, qualifying the state residency basic requirement. Morrell suggests contacting the registrar's office or clicking on www.registrar.ku.edu/residency for more information.
