Are there any regulations against bar patrons using residential parking? This is particularly an issue near Cadillac Ranch on Sixth Street. It seems overrun by bar patrons, who generate a lot of trash and harass residents. Is there anything that can be done about that?
City Manager Mike Wildgen said: "There can't be parking restrictions just for certain establishment users. Restrictions would apply to anyone parking a vehicle.
"In the past, this establishment owner has sent out workers to clean the area. You might talk to the manager and find out what they do in the area. If this is a consistent condition trash, noise, etc. anyone should contact my office with details, and we will make a formal contact with the licensee."
