I rode my bike to the new Indoor Aquatic Center, and there was no bike stand. What are the requirements for operations like this to have bike stands?
Fred DeVictor, the city's director of Parks and Recreation, said: "A bike rack has been placed near the entrance of the Indoor Aquatic Center to accommodate bicyclists using that facility."
Does the city weed ordinance apply to city-owned property as well?
Assistant City Manager Dave Corliss said: "Yes it applies. There is no exemption to city-owned property in the city weed ordinance."
