Is the city going to look into building another aquatic center in the south or west part of Lawrence? The one they have now is just too busy.
For more than a year, the new Indoor Aquatic Center has been under construction next to Free State High School, 4700 Overland Drive. The facility is scheduled to open in June.
When does the exhibit of master works of Egypt open at the Nelson-Atkins Museum?
"Eternal Egypt: Masterworks of Ancient Art From the British Museum," will be displayed at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art in Kansas City, Mo., from April 12 through July 7, 2002.
