Since mobile home parks are zoned RS-1, which is single-family zoning, how does the city plan to enforce the new occupancy ordinance regarding unrelated tenants in the mobile home parks, and how will the city determine who the landlord of each trailer or mobile home is?

City Manager Mike Wildgen said the city code already requires the licensure of mobile home parks by the park owner. This allows the city to know the landlord for each park. Not all mobile home parks are in residential single-family zones, he said some, for example, are in planned residential development.
