The only agenda brownback has is helping those who helped him. That would be the anti-abortion cult. That is the ONLY thing he is worried about. How many days until he is gone?

Without a doubt, the Snowy Owl story! This is especially important since KU lost it's White Owl who faded after his marriage to a student never worked out.

The Kansas sesquicentennial, which none of the Newspapers in this state covered satisfactorily, including the Journal World.
This could have been a major event all year along, but even the Journal-World, which I find well above most papers in this category throughout the United States, really did not cover the situation well at all.
So many things could have been developed and worked upon: racial inequality, all kinds of new jobs for towns, including Lawrence-but instead, almost nothing was made of this incredible past year of the sesquicentennial..
