Two cups of coffee per day, none of the other stuff.

Haven't drank caffeine in over 8 months. I've showed signs of improvement to my health because of it. My last bloodwork test showed that my blood glucose dropped 11 points.

A little coffee everyday and ice tea.....The "energy drinks" should be taken off the market. They are dangerous....To many 14yr olds and younger, it's the new soda.....Caffine in one drink can take 14 hours to leave the body...Many are having them on their way to school, now that's fun, NOT.

Some drivers drink booze and energy drinks together. So they appear not intoxicated but in reality........

counting strong coffee, strong green tea (both with no sugar/milk/creamer added), cherry coke0, the occasional strong Darjeeling tea, about 24 per week.

no actual "energy drinks" though.

btw, House of Cha makes wonderful teas downtown.

What's going to happen when all of the teens that are constantly consuming these drinks reach 40 or so and need to "start" drinking a cup of coffee in the morning to get themselves going. Oops, their bodies have already adjusted to absorbing massive amounts of caffeine and whatever else is in these drinks. Now what? Gonna be a glut of tired, cranky, middle-aged folks in a few years. Might as well add "deaf" due to IPod overuse.
