Actually, the two main charities I like to donate to are on this list. I like Salvation Army because most of the money goes towards its intended purpose, and they don't hammer you by constantly asking for more. Toys for Tots is awesome because you actually buy the toy and put it in the bin, then 100% of your money goes towards its intended purpose.
