Lawrence High Schools: Separate and Unequal?

Over the past few weeks, the Lawrence school board has made plans to improve and upgrade the athletic facilites at both Lawrence High School and Free State High School, in a way to make them more equal. While these changes are much needed and appreciated, today on Room 125, the Lawrence High School student podcast, we'll look at the larger issue of inequity between Lawrence high and Free State, particularly in relation to funding and socioeconomic difference of the student populations and why this issue remains greatly unacknowledged.
