The Bales Organ Recital Hall may have been built to house an organ, but a new Kansas University choir is finding it's perfect for the human voice, too.
The Bales Chorale, a new choral ensemble in the department of music and dance, makes its performing debut at 7:30 tonight at the recital hall, which is attached to the Lied Center.
In this week's Pulse Podcast, a KU faculty member and students talk about what makes the hall such a special place for choir music.
After that, as always, hear about more events going on in Lawrence this weekend in our weekly Best Bets feature.
