Our overnight low will drop to 17 degrees with wind chill readings into the single digits at times.

In today's news: City leaders are concerned the revenue from water and sewer services is drying up; there's no word yet on what action a judge will take on a lawsuit holding up athletic field construction at Lawrence High.
