Cooler air moves back into the area. Our high today will struggle to 51 degrees with a North wind 5-15 mph and partly cloudy skies. The wind will shift by the evening out of the east 5-10 mph leaving us with a low of 29 degrees under partly cloudy sky. In the news: two cloning bills on life support in the Legislature, city commissioners give a tax abatement to a business park in town, but may take a look at how it gives out future abatements, all the types of mustard under the sun can be found in Wisconsin, but are headed to the Free State Brewing Company, and the KU women's basketball scores a big upset over Oklahoma State in the Big 12 tournament, now move on to take on Baylor tonight.
