Another frigid day is in the forecast as temperatures struggle. We'll top out today at only 18 degrees for a high. The good news is that there will be light winds, so the wind chill will not be as big of a concern. After sunshine today, the skies will stay clear tonight, and we'll drop off to zero degrees for a low. In News: The state Board of Education looks for a new commissioner, Lawrence celebrates Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday, and Sherron Collins helps the Jayhawks beat MU.
