Jason Rose, a suspect in the Board-walk Apartments fire, appears in court Friday. Rose, 20, is charged with three counts of felony murder and one count of aggravated arson.
Jason Allen Rose, 20, of Lawrence, makes his first appearance Wednesday at Douglas County Jail. Rose is charged with three counts of first-degree murder and one count of aggravated arson in the blaze at Boardwalk Apartments.
