Lawrence High senior Hunter Krom finished second in the boys javelin competition at the Kansas Relays on Saturday at Rock Chalk Park. Krom was one of five Lawrence area athletes in the field. The Lawrence High girls and Free State boys placed second in the Sunflower 4×100-meter relays.
