Tuesday snow storm
A Tuesday morning, storm left more than 1,500 Douglas County residents without power and streets and trees covered with heavy snow as Lawrence woke up to its second major winter storm in less than a week.
Jimmy Green had his back to the snow storm while his student faced it head-on Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013. The statue of Green, Kansas University's first law school dean, is located in front of Lippencott Hall.
