Karen Wagner, Lawrence, says her son was sexually molested by James Jackson in 2001 during scuba diving lessons. Wagner went to police, and Jackson eventually spent more than 10 years in prison on various criminal charges. This is a letter Wagner wrote to the court on the day Jackson was sentenced
