Mark McMeans, 51, Meeker, Okla., was a seventh-grader at Arrowhead Junior High, KC. Kan., when he became a victim of sexual abuse by vice-principal James Jackson. "(I) didn't say a word, too scared, too embarrassed," McMeans said. "In those days, you know, we were raised to respect your elders."
