Franklin County Juvenile Detention Center
The $2.3 million Franklin County Juvenile Detention Center will open June 16. The new center will house up to 14 youths, aged 10 to 17. This facility at 226 Beech Street in Ottawa will replace the former center, which was located next to the Franklin County Jail.
