Remnant Rehab: Vintage dress turned into skirt and shirt

A matronly dress with a cut polka dot pattern was turned into versatile separates with a few simple alterations.

A vintage dress from Salvation Army, 1601 W. 23rd St., was turned from a matronly frock into separates offering many options with a few simple cuts and stitches. The cut-apart sleeveless top and skirt can be worn together.
