The kiddo displays our CSA onions and peppers before they were chopped up and spread on a pizza. The pizza's crust was made using a mixture of white flour and whole-wheat flour from our CSA, Rolling Prairie Farmers Alliance.

The audit, which was done March 3 2011, was part of the Kansas Efficiency program and enabled Schmidt to take out a loan to make upgrades to his home. While the loans are no longer available, the $100 audit program will be around until Oct. 1, 2011.
