This is an image from a virtual 3D model of Allen Fieldhouse, set to be available this afternoon through Google Earth. By the end of next week, users of the program will be able to step inside and look around at the playing area's — from any and every angle, even from standing on the catwalks above the scoreboard. "I've always wanted to (go up there), but never had the chance," said Brian McClendon, a KU graduate and fan who is vice president and co-founder of Google Earth.
