Refrigerator Door for March 2011

Kansas University School of Journalism students display a cake decorated with “Lawrence Parks and Rec Rocks” on Feb. 22 to members of Lawrence Parks and Recreation management team. These students, among 42 involved in Professor Bob Basow’s, “Strategic Campaigns Class,” are working in partnership with the Kansas Recreation and Park Association to develop a statewide campaign to promote parks and recreation. They will meet with agencies all across the state during this three-month project.
