Eco-walk this way: Students from Kansas University, Haskell Indian Nations University and Purdue University are pictured Feb. 3 at the construction site of the Haskell eco-walk in the Wakarusa Wetlands. The Purdue students were visiting Haskell classmates who share an online ecology class co-taught in “real time” by Haskell and Purdue faculty. World Wetlands Day is celebrated worldwide on Feb. 2. Mike Caron submitted the photo.
