Jayhawk Breakfast Rotary president, John Conard, left, presents a framed certificate to Margie Frederick, widow of Bob Frederick, at the dedication of the Bob Frederick Memorial “Ride Lawrence” Bike Rack at the Lawrence Rotary Arboretum, 5100 W. 27th St. On the right, is David Ambler, Lawrence Rotary Club member, who coordinates arboretum activities for the three Lawrence Rotary clubs. The three Lawrence Rotary Clubs and the City of Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department hosted an open house Sept. 24 at the Lawrence Rotary Arboretum.
