Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity Alumnae enjoying the 140th Founders Day Celebration, held Oct. 24 at the Castle Tea Room, from left, are Mary Ann Anderson Wilkinson, Omega Chapter registrar adviser Marie Gonzalez Deel, Alumnae Association President Tammy Gaynier Steeples, and 50-year-member honoree Nancy Miller Reiling. Members of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity Alumnae Association joined forces with members of Omega Chapter at Kansas University to celebrate the 140th anniversary of the fraternity’s founding at Monmouth College, Monmouth, Ill. KU Credit Union business development officer Kirsten Flory, center, presented a $2,800 check Oct. 29 to the Lawrence public schools at the Lawrence High/Free State High School football game. The funds were generated by the School Spirit Debit Card program. At left, Free State High School Principal Ed West holds an image of the Firebird Spirit card and Lawrence High School Principal Matt Brungardt holds an image of the Chesty Lion Spirit card.
