Secret menu items
A look at some of the delights on the "secret" authentic Chinese menu at the Panda & Plum Garden, 1500 W. Sixth St.
One of the special items on Panda & Plum Garden's "secret" menu of traditional foods is the "hot pot" — a group meal that consists of poaching meats and vegetables at the table for a leisurely dining experience. Owner Lucy White says that she's had customers drive from neighboring states just to have a hot pot experience.
