Hilltop Birdhouses December 2010
Need a last-minute gift, love birds or just have a soft spot for little kids? Check out these cute birdhouses, on display at Hilltop Child Development Center. These birdhouses and dozens more like them are up for bid and part of child care center's fall fundraiser. Kids at the center, which is located on Kansas University's campus, painted the birdhouses, and each one is as unique as the child who made it. Bidding goes until 5:45 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 16, and can be done at the center, 1605 Irving Hill Road. The birdhouses will be ready for pickup Friday. For more information, call the center at 864-4940.
This birdhouse, "Wonder Goo," is available along with other birdhouses as part of Hilltop Child Development Center's holiday auction. The auction runs until 5:45 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 16, and is open to the public.
