An award winning ex-LPD that has moved on from Lawrence.
LPD's high attrition rate verified?....Engleman, interview him as to why he left town and make honest(key word here..honest) recommendations to the city government for retention. Verify verify verify attrition reasons then eliminate our high dollar in-house training to make better use of the budget and personnel.
