Law enforcement gathering
Retirees and with current officers from the Lawrence Police Department, KU Police Department, Douglas County Sheriff's office and Kansas Highway Patrol come together annually to get acquainted and share stories from the street.
Identical twins Don and Ron Dalquest served in the Lawrence Police department. They joined other retired police officers for an annual gathering Monday at the Lawrence American Legion.
