Lansing Correctional Facility
Thirty-five years ago on Christmas Eve Priscilla Ann Frey escaped from the correctional facility. Kansas authorities are still baffled by her escape.
Razor wire is wrapped near the top of twelve-foot fencing at the Lansing Correctional Facility East Unit. In 1974, inmate Priscilla Ann Frey climb the simple eight foot cyclone fencing with no razor wire. These days the only thing over the fence is geese flying high above.
