For the 17th consecutive year, the KU women's basketball team spread a little cheer to patients at Lawrence Memorial Hospital Friday. For the 17th consecutive year, the University of Kansas women's basketball team spread a little cheer to patients at Lawrence Memorial Hospital Friday. Freddie Smith of Lawrence got a surprise during his lunch with Annette Dasvis (center) and Nicolette Smith stopping by with some KU souvenirs.
