A strong storm system moved through the Lawrence area late Saturday afternoon and into the evening. Lightning and heavy rain accompanied thunderstorm and tornado watches and warnings.
Kansas baseball players watch the storm pass over Daisy Hill. Saturday night's Kansas University baseball game against Nebraska was postponed because of weather. The two teams will play a double header Sunday beginning at 11 a.m. at Hoglund Ballpark.
