Vegetable oil power
Michael Carman and his wife Judy have converted two of their vehicles to run on vegetable oil.
Michael and Judy Carman, who live near Lecompton, have taken strides to have less impact on the environment by owning a diesel truck converted to run on vegetable oil. They also own a Volkswagen converted to run on the same fuel. They get the oil from several restaurants in Lawrence.
