Recently retired Baker University art professor Walt Bailey, a special assistant to the president unwraps a floral painting by Ella Heath, a former professor of art and director of the school of art at Baker from the years spanning 1913-1927. Bailey is preparing for the Holt-Russell Gallery opening on Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2007 in Parmenter Hall.
This painting by Colleen Zacharias Gregoire, of Lawrence, is among one of several in Baker University's collection.
