Molly and Robert Krause run Krause Dining out of their home at 917 Del. The Krauses describe the components of each six- or seven-course meal as they're served; there is no menu to order from. "The question is what is the best product we can get our hands on right now," Robert Krause says. "That drives our menu."
Mongolian spiced shrimp on Falafel with Roasted Saffron Oil, Mint Cilantro Oil and Pomegranate Seeds was on a recent menu at Krause Dining.
Seared Foie Gras served on a Celery Apple Fritter is among dishes served during a recent multicourse dinner at Krause Dining, 917 Del. Guests do not choose from a menu; the dining experience depends on what owner Robert Krause has selected. Past meals have featured Maine lobster and Australian lamb.
