"Richard", 30 years old, of Bakersfield California, is homeless. He was at the community building Thursday evening playing basketball. He often goes there to lift weights, play basketball and shower. He can no longer stay at the Salvation Army shelter due to an argument, and says that the woods near the river are too flooded to camp in now.
