Kansas Highway Patrol trooper Brent Hogelin towers above two jars of illegal drugs. The highway patrol seized the drugs during a checkpoint June 7, 2006, at the Lecompton exit of the Kansas Turnpike as concertgoers were headed to the Wakarusa Music & Camping Festival near Clinton Lake.
