Wakarusa cleanup
"Bring us your trash," announces Becky Clark, Manhattan, co-director of the Recycalusa, as campers pack up and leave the Wakarusa Music & Camping Festival at Clinton State Park. The Recycalusa program included supplying campers with bags for trash and recyclables and posting 240 recycling barrels throughout the grounds. Free T-shirts and other items were distributed for those participating in the recycling program.
