Little Leaguers take to the diamond at Free State High School to participate in the Spring Baseball Clinic. This is the first year Free State High School and Lawrence High School put on the camp together. Lawrence High baseball coach Brad Stoll said the turnout of 50 kids exceeded his expectations considering 15 kids were walk up registrations on Saturday. Stoll said he thought the nice weather had something to do with the clinic's success.
Natalie Rainbolt dismounts from her beam routine at the Winter Cup meet on Dec. 10 at Lawrence Gymnastics Academy. Rainbolt won the State championship in the beam on Saturday in Gardner with a personal best score of 9.65. She finished second in the eighth-year-old division of Level 5.
