Sharon's Billtown Cafe
Sharon's Billtown Cafe, a fixture in Williamstown just northwest of Lawrence on U.S. Highway 24-59, will serve its last meal June 30. Sharon Dodds has been running the cafe for 18 years, and there's been a diner on the site since the 1940s. "It's like a death in the family," said Bruce Berns of Perry, who has been farming in the area since the late 1960s.
