Professor Darcy Morey
When this semester ends, Kansas University assistant professor Darcy Morey will make a quiet departure from KU, an institution that once held promise for a blossoming career until a horrible car accident changed everything.
KU anthropology professor Darcy Morey prepares for his class in his Spooner Hall office surrounded by moving boxes of his books and papers. Morey has been struggling to maintain his work after being brain-damaged in an accident a couple of years back. He's frustrated the university isn't helpng him more -- so he's going to the University of Tennessee.
