Larned State Hospital's Sexual Predator Treatment Program

Robert Ward is a patient in the Larned State Hospital's Sexual Predator Treatment Program. He refuses to participate in treatment, saying, "I am the victim of an illegal campaign by the state of Kansas." His attorney, Bob L. Thomas, of Olathe, says, "His only crime is a crime of words."
