A driver sticks his head out the window of his car to see his way through an intersection. A mix of wet snow and cold made it hard to keep windshields clear in Thursday mornings heavy snow. Several inches of snow had fallen on Lawrence well before noon.

would actually enforce these laws. This is just stupid, but you would be amazed how many "drivers" don't clean their windows before getting on the road. then wonder why they did not see what they should have.
