State Sen. 2nd District Marci Francisco (D) watches returns with Albert Ballard and his wife State Rep. 44th District Barbara Ballard (D) at the Douglas County Courthouse Tuesday evening. Francisco was running against Ronald Ellis (R) and Ballard against Patrick Bengtson (R) in Tuesdays elections.
