Kircaldy, a 3-year-old golden retriever guide dog, peers through the cookie racks at the cafeteria on the fifth floor of the Landon State Building in Topeka. Kircaldy comes to work everyday with Bill Dain, a visually impaired man who owns and manages the cafeteria.
