A pedestrian is surrounded by dozens of people dressed up like Santa Claus on Saturday afternoon outside the Sandbar on Eighth Street. Santas, elves and various other holiday characters converged downtown for a pub crawl and to collect donations for Just Food and Ballard Community Services in the third annual SantaCon celebrated in Lawrence.
